Fitness profile and assessment information: When you set up your profile or complete assessments, you may provide your goals, experience level, available equipment, schedule, training preferences, injuries or limitations you choose to share, and body measurements.

Activity, progress, and health-related entries: You may choose to enter workout and exercise data, sets, reps, and weights, personal records, recovery check-ins (such as sleep, energy, soreness, and stress), nutrition and meal entries, hydration logs, weight logs, progress photos, and other fitness or health-related information.

Community content: In community areas, you may share posts, comments, and other user-generated content that is visible to other members according to the features you use.

Support communications: Information you provide when you contact us for help with your account or the Service.

We collect account and technical information that is reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Service, such as account identifiers, authentication tokens, usage logs, and basic device or app information. This helps us authenticate you, provide the Service, detect and prevent abuse, and maintain security.

To provide and personalize the Service, including personalized workout programs, progress tracking, and recovery and nutrition features.

To power AI-powered coaching. AI features may process information you supply to those features, together with your logged data, to generate personalized responses and recommendations.

To provide customer support, communicate with you about your account, and operate and administer the Service.

To secure, maintain, and improve the Service and develop new features.

Bottom to the Top includes AI-powered coaching and assistance. These features may process information you provide to them (and relevant data from your account) to generate personalized responses. AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers and may be sent to those providers for processing as necessary to provide the feature. AI output may contain errors and should not be treated as professional advice.

Payments for subscriptions are processed through Square. Bottom to the Top does not store your full payment-card details. Your card information is tokenized and handled by Square. We store only the references needed to manage your subscription (such as Square customer and card identifiers). The privacy practices of Square apply to your payment information; please review Square's privacy policy for details.

We use third-party service providers to operate the Service, including Square for payment processing, AI providers for coaching features, and hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process information as our service providers and only as necessary to provide their services to us, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account data as described below.

You can review and update certain account information within the app. You can choose what fitness, health-related, and community information you enter, and you can stop logging information at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data through the app's account controls or by contacting us. Community content you have shared may remain visible to other members as described in the features you used until removed.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
