These Terms form a binding agreement between you and YouNique Solutions LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for complying with these Terms.

Bottom to the Top provides fitness, workout, nutrition, recovery, progress-tracking, community, and AI-assisted features to help you train, track progress, and build momentum.

The Service is provided for general informational, educational, and fitness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should exercise within your abilities and seek appropriate professional medical guidance before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have injuries, symptoms, pregnancy, limitations, or medical conditions.

You are responsible for the information you enter into the Service and for how you use the Service, including how you apply any workouts, recommendations, or guidance to your own training.

AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not replace appropriate professional judgment. You should not rely solely on AI output for decisions that affect your health or safety.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, to harass or abuse other members, to infringe intellectual-property rights, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

You will not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, introduce malware, or use automated means to access the Service outside of features we provide.

You are responsible for the community content and other user-generated content you post. You will not post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, infringing, false, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

We may review and remove content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other members.

The Bottom to the Top™ software, branding, original content, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to YouNique Solutions LLC as applicable.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, exploit, resell, or improperly distribute protected portions of the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Paid subscriptions and trials are described in our Billing & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Pricing, trial terms, billing, and cancellation are governed by that policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or to protect the Service, other members, or YouNique Solutions LLC.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed, and no guarantee is made that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouNique Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, to the extent legally permitted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
